Extr offset
What is it and how do you make it less.

I see. Am i the only person that is curious about this. Whenever the network graph pops up (cause i have it set to come up when there is an issue) its alway this extr offset. Then the game is laggy and i get shot. Lol. Ive looked through the forums and there is no answer as to what it is or how to fix it.
