We should go through some connection troubleshooting to try to find out why this is happening. Let's start with the basics. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

You have a pretty big jump on the 5th hop. It could start earlier, but those servers aren't returning results. What country are you in?
Something happened like week ago. Lots of servers now have a huge numbers of player to join, majority lags as hell.
DICE or EA should investigate that matter more seriously.

To clarify on this server lags, I own a 64 slot server which is having troubles with server connection. Everyone in the server is complaining about it so its hard to believe its players fault.
Server is provided currently by G-Portal. We had same issue with Nitrado hosting as well, so whatever host we use, they all have same issue. Attaching 2 pictures from netgraph where you can clearly see that this is serverside issue and not player. Server is supposed to be at 45Hz but out of nowhere it crashed down to 20Hz and rubberbanding started happening and also people were being moved back in time. Server has standard configuration and we have also ping limiter RCON plugin to eliminate high ping players which could cause trouble with server connection.
