Thanks for letting me know. I'm looking into this and will update when I have more information.
Edit: We're not aware of any issues currently so we'll need to continue with troubleshooting. Could you both run a UO Trace for me and take a screenshot of the results? Instructions are here.
One thing I have noticed is that there are a lot more people trying to get into the servers - or there are fewer servers with the same amount of people.
Additionally, my internet is fine, I can surf the web and other games are fine with no lag. My job is networking and filtering and to me this looks like an issue on your side.
