Extreme Stutter and FPS drop on PC post fall patch

Any fixes yet?  AMD 8350  2 Radeon 7950s 16 GB of RAM

    Try disabling the Razer game booster and then try to play BF4.  I suspect that it might not be playing well with BF4 at this time.

I've got this issue too but I never had any problem since the game launched. I didn't install any new software or else. 
Just an Nvidia driver update. I'm gonna try to go back to previous driver , see if it changes anything.

If it doesn't , well thank you Dice for breaking the game for me, when it was working perfectly. . 😕mileysad:

Disable origin in-game.
Oh sorry. I thought you have an Nvidia gfx card. I'm not used to the mobile AHQ. (at work)
