Alright, i completely reinstalled my graphics drivers and reinstalled .NET 4.5, now running on ultra settings absolutely no problems, 50+ fps. Hope doing the same will work for all of you!
AMD FX-8 seem to have BF4 freeze issues :
Check that your drivers are up-to-dates
Try to run x86 BF4 insteat x64
In last choice if your motherboard support it try to disable some core of your AMD 8 core CPU (i am not sure that can help you, but disable hyperthread on intel CPU correct some freezes issues)

It's not so much that it's freezing, it still runs, but at an extremely low framerate. I'm not sure disabling my cores would ultimately fix the issue, as i've seen people with similar builds running the game perfectly fine without alterations to their hardware, and i'm relatively certain that my processor is not the cause of my ridiculously low fps in game. Games such as battlefield 3, Skyrim, far cry 3, and others all run perfectly fine at a steady 50fps or higher. I would understand if it maybe ran at 20-40fps, but not 1-5fps lol.
Try to run x86 instead x64 BF4 i have read that can perhaps correct some performance issue
Perhaps u can try too to put your antivirus/firewall in game mode
Run it on 1-5fps for ur hardware is not normal :robotsad:
Currently reinstalling it as precaution, if it still doesnt work i'll give that a try. And yeah i know it isn't normal, and 1-5 fps is understating it lol... I've been playing arma 3 for the past few weeks with no performance issues on ultra settings, this seems like a rather large issue, but i'm probably doing something stupid that's causing it, though i have yet to figure out what that stupid thing is hahah.
