Extremely ridiculous performance issues

Hi, I just installed battlefield 4 today, and i'm getting some very... interesting... Performance issues going on here... Upon starting the game, after the first cutscene, I'm running at maybe 0.5 f...

    Alright, i completely reinstalled my graphics drivers and reinstalled .NET 4.5, now running on ultra settings absolutely no problems, 50+ fps. Hope doing the same will work for all of you!

I'm about to try this solution:


Stutter, LAG and RUBBER BAN- SOLUTION -

Windows 7 (and 8) have something called Core Parking. Some people have said to disable Hyperthreading to help with stutter, but this is not necessary. It's necessary to disable Core Parking. Do this by doing the following:

Control Panel > Power Options > Pick your Power scheme(s) > Change plan settings > Processor power management > set Minimum processor state to 100% > press Apply and OK buttons.
