Solved

Failed to connect to EA online. (PS5)

Unable to play online…

Already tried everything. Reinstalled the game, cleared cache ps5, restarter router, changed network, game is up-to-date, checked my psn plus account. Nothing works. Contacted EA said that I wasnt the only one. Please EA/battlefield fix this issue. I want to play ☹️

    Hey everyone,

    This issue should now be resolved, thanks for the patience!

    If you've disabled Login Verification as a workaround, please remember to re-enable TFA to keep your account secure.

    Please try hopping back in-game next time you get a chance and let us know how things look.

    @neoforo87
    what is the error message?
    Server disconnected
    You have lost the connection to the session.

    i think this is a source of financial income for EA.

    Hello @h7mod23,

    Since you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps, there is nothing left except to talk to EA support.

  • I was in your situation. BF1 had worked for a while, then most servers wouldn't connect. The error was always about my network that supposedly didn't meet system requirements.

    Solution: go to Windows Firewall and create both an Inbound and an Outbound rule to always allow the connection for BF1. When asked, choose "Program" instead of any other protocol.
