failed to connect to ea online

Just downloaded Battlefield 1, as soon as I get on, I'm offline, click "Go Online", each time, "Failed to connect to EA Online". My internet is fine, my laptop is fine, I can connect to Titanfall 2 just fine, but this game, I can't connect to.

I have the same issue. Any progress on this?

Same issue here for the past 5 days.  From day 1 since i bought this game i get that error.

I've had the same issue too for 4 days, I can also play Titanfall 2 just fine or any other game, but BF1 refuses to go online.

hi there, my sons xbox will not let him connect to any online services from ea, I have paid for ea access and he uses that to down load games but isn't allowed to play them online.

his account is link and everything seems fine as in all the settings are the same as mine as far as restrictions are concerned and im ok connecting to online ea servers
