Failed to Connect to EA Online

Hi Everyone, I just bought BF1, and it seems Online features are not available, the message says: "Onlne features will be unavailable. Please try again."

Can anybody help, please?

    On which platform do you play? (PC, XBox, PS)

    And can you tell me from which region?
