There is nothing we can do about it, as bans aren't handled by AHQ. From the information, it's clear that FairFight concluded that you cheated based on the information that was delivered and was deemed abnormal enough to warrant a temporary ban. Also, your might have been reset (that's what happens in case of lvl 3 violation). By the way, programs unrelated to the game can't cause a Fairfight ban.
If you believe that the ban was not deserved, you will have to write to lets_talk@ea.com.

At least you should not allow third-party anticheat portal to ban people for such a thing... it is temporal for FF, but PERM for GGC-Stream.
