FFS! still fps issues with a 970 and i5 (more than capable)

i have tried everything to fix the fps issues but nope, it seems nvidia and dice only care about the latest gpu's, FIX THE F###ing PROBLEM! im sure some of you are raging just like i am now, its quit...
