Fichiers msvcp100.dll et msvcr100.dll manquants

Depuis quelque jours je n'arrive plus à jouer à Battlefield 4, quand je rejoins un serveur deux messages s'affichent à l'écran un par un:
1): "Impossible de démarrer le programme car il manque MSVCP100.dll sur votre ordinateur. Essayez de réinstaller le programme pour corriger ce problème."
et
2): "Impossible de démarrer le programme car il manque MSVCR100.dll sur votre ordinateur. Essayez de réinstaller le programme pour corriger ce problème"
Donc, j'ai regardé dans "system32" et je vois qu'il y a les deux fichiers alors je comprends pas pourquoi ils me disent qu'il n'y a pas ces deux fichiers dans mon ordinateur ☹️. Ensuite je suis allé dans Explorateur de fichier > (OS) C: > Program Files > Origin Games > Battlefield 4 > _Installer > vc > vc2012Update3 > redist et j'ai cliqué sur "vcredist_x64.exe" ensuite j'ai fait réparé mais sans succès ils me mettent encore la même erreur, s'il vous plaît j'ai besoin d'aide.
PS: Je suis désolé si il y a déjà d'autre posts sur ce sujet car je n'ai pas trouvé de solution pour mon problème sur AnswerEA. J'ai un PC sous Windows 10 (64bits), j'ai mis à jour ma carte graphique et j'ai déjà essayé de ré-installer Battlefield 4 mais ça n'a pas marché. SVP
