I believe you need to complete all 3 endings? Let Valkyrie be destroy, Irish killed, and Hanna killed?
I had the same issue and I finished all 3 at all 3 levels. Like you said, all you get is the M249 that you can use in multiplayer mode. In My opinion, one of the issue is that Playstation SW kept screwing with my game files (Got Data corrupted message 5 times thanks to Sony SW).
So, I moved on to multiplayers about 2 months ago and never looked back.

Community AdminSometimes it can take a little while for Battlelog to update. You can usually push this by finishing a multiplayer match, or making a loadout change and saving.
