First time launching and can't click "OK" on initial splash screen

I've repetitively launched the gamed and been met with the "By playing Battlefield 1 you automatically share your profile, game stats and presence..." etc. message. However, despite the fact that I can move my cursor around, clicking on the "OK" dialogue box does nothing. I can't advance past this screen and cannot play the game. Anyone got any fixes? I'll be pissed if I can't play this game.
