Thanks for sharing. Just to check both your desktop and game resolution are not set to 1024x768 by default? Maybe not worth the digging but a clean driver installation could sometimes also do magic tricks.

@XTRA-Larsiano Both the desktop and game resolution are set to my native resolution of 3840 x 2160.
