[FIXED] Battlepack progress issue (Nov. 6 2023)

Hi, for some reason my battlepack progress stuck, so i can't get more crates. Also scoreboard after match isn't loading. Pls tell me how to fix

@neoforo87 omg thats exactly what happend to me since yesterday, hope this will be fixed very soon!, very frustrating this issue, looks this is not happening with origin users, or steam, lets contact ea everyone so this will be fixed sooner

    I think it's happening for everyone on PC. Even if you buy the game on steam or other stores, you still need EA App.

    Irregardless of store if you're on PC we're playing on the same servers 😉.

    Don't know if console players are affected but since I have never owned a console I can't say.

      @neoforo87 no yesterday some guys told me they dont have this issue, some use origin with a patch in 2023, tell me when this issue gets fixed pls

        I noticed the issue around 21:00-22:00 on Sunday happening while I was doing the last Brusilov operation. After finishing I was hoping to open the battlepack and then I checked the ops menu and the points/XP didn't get allocated.

        I started roughly 24H  ago.

        Let's hope it will get fixed tomorrow 🙂 .

        Also I'm quite sceptical what others say, friends of mine said they got it but once they checked there was none.

      @neoforo87 I play on xbox same with my other friends and we all have the problem so it spans across platforms. Not sure if this has anything to do with the problem but if you try to open the help option in the battlefield menu once you launch bf1 then it immediately says cannot connect to EA servers. The game still can be played and all but the help button is broken.
