[FIXED] Battlepack progress issue (Nov. 6 2023)

Hi, for some reason my battlepack progress stuck, so i can't get more crates. Also scoreboard after match isn't loading. Pls tell me how to fix

Hi i would like to know something, since friday after finishing a match on BF1 the exp isnt counted neighter for the crate, the scrapts or the class itself. Its happening not just with me but with my girlfriend as well. The screen stays loading after the match and it doesnt show the results of the match.It stays forever in the loading screen 

 
that's what it looks like the end of the match for me nowadays. And as i said my girlfriend is having the same problem then i dont think its my computer
