I just rented a server and have the same problem. Sad that i haven't red this topic here before. I hope i get my money back or at least a quick solution to get it running :-(

    Today I rented a Battlefield 1 server for one day (24 hour).
    The transaction with a cost of three euros was successfully completed.
    However, I can't access my private server anywhere in Battlefield 1 game.
    I've never rented a server before, maybe I'm doing something wrong?

      ok, my private server is available.
      But my problem is that as a server admin I can't choose game mode and map on my own private server.
      Only default Amiens map and Conquest mode can be set.
