We did not get the refund even after referring to the post of the Community Managers in here showing they are working on it since November.

A friend got a solution with a free "3rd party server manager tool". It is working so far but we wish like to have an option to do it with BF1 itself again.

I don't know if it's allowed here to name the tool or post a link. When Community Manager allows it, I would post it here as a temporary solution.
