Flare's Path Doesn't Indicate Enemies on Minimap

The flare doesn't illuminate the path that it takes before it settles down to its final resting spot. Before, I remember that the path it took did illuminate enemies. Right now, it only shows enemies...

Actually, in my very recent experience (yesterday), path of the flare still spots enemies (unless they have Inconspicuous active). Additionally, July update has a little boost for that in store, as spotting circle will also be displayed on the minimap while the spot flare is in the air.

The path of the flare isn't appearing on the mini-map for me still. Not sure why.
