Just installed the 331.65 drivers and it did the trick for me. Win7 x64. GTX 690.
Damn thats odd. I have the GTX 690 as well. I also have the Nvidia Experience optimizing my BF4 settings and updated to the 331.65 drivers but still getting the flashing neon colors. Hopefully they get some new drivers up within the next few days. It's really starting to hurt my eyes with all the flashing. Putting too much strain and I can't play for more than 5 minutes... Sucks when you purchase a game and can't even play it.
