My best indication has been that nVIDIA released a bad driver. Get hold of something older than 376.33, and be sure to run a CLEAN install, then come back here and tell us your results, please!
I see that you tried some other drivers, yourself. I also see that the message thread you picked up appears fairly old, so you might send PMs to the members having that trouble in December to see if some particular graphics setting was at fault for them (that doesn't mean I am any more sanguine in regard to # 376.33, however!)

Any luck? having the same issue Grass, trees, wires and so on are all flickering. GTX780
Haven't played BF1 (pc) since 21/10/16. Started playing again hours ago and immediately noticed a difference. While the flickering jump straight out at me after a few minuets of play i also notice occasional heavy frame drops and horrid texture popping. Convinced i wasn't just going mad a recorded some gameplay and compared it to gameplay i recorded in October. The difference was night and day.
After some messing about with setting i narrowed the flicking down to the 'TAA anti aliasing' when off or on FXAA the flickering stops, but the AA is garbage and the jaggy's are just as distracting/frustrating.
Maybe nvidia screwed up with drivers?! (After the recent catastrophe that is the "update" to geforce experience\shadowplay, i wouldn't be surprised)
So rolled back to the last driver and checked - Same flickering issue ☹️ Then looked up what driver i was using when i last played battlefield 1 (375.70), installed that and checked again - Still same flickering issue ☹️
At this point i put it down to Dice screwing up and update! Hope they will eventually fix it but i have no faith that it will be anytime soon. I have little trust for anyone associated with EA. Glad i went for the cheapest option when buying the game.
