Forgot Email or password to my Battlefield 4 Origin ID

So I know my origin ID account name but cannot figure out the email or either password for the account. Is there a way I can log in using my ID account name?

    Try following @EA_Bastian's advise.  Another thing to try, is follow these steps below:

     To help reset your security question and/or password, simply follow these steps:

    1. Go to http://www.origin.com and Sign in on the top of the page
    2. Scroll over "My Account" and Click "Privacy Settings"
    3. Then click the "Security" Tab on the left
    4. Click "Edit" next to "Account Security"
    5. Enter the security code that has been sent to either your e-mail or your phone (whichever option you have set up)
    6. You can now reset your security question

    This allows you to change your security question and/or password

If you are not able to remember the e-mail addressed registered to your account, I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further account investigation.     How would I do that if I am in Australia as its not letting me select Australia when I tried to contact EA

      You can also select other countries, most of them will have english as the main language.

      However, you may not be able to use the 'call' feature by doing this.
