Formal Complaint and Refund
I would like to know the process for contacting EA and filling a formal complaint as well as request a refrund for Battlefield 4. I purchased the game about 2 weeks ago and have been able to play a handful of times due to server issues. I have not been able to connect / join any games the past 3-4 days. I feel that I paid for a product I simply am not able to use. I feel EA/DICE need to be held responsible and take accountability for their poor product.
