Some of these fps drop fixes i found online on other forums, youtube and from my personal experience.

first fix 1.Change to Windows 7 Basic theme(Win7 only)

2.Unpark Cores(didint work for me just gotten more lag than before unparking my cpu cores)

1. Run .exe

2. Click "Check Status"

3.Click "Unpark All"

4. Restart

5. Benefit.

3.User.cfg,(user.cfg might decrease the graphics qualtiy but its boosts the fps for 5-15fps depending on the setting) the best user cfg is this----

PostProcess.DofMethod 0
PostProcess.DynamicAOEnable 0
PostProcess.DynamicAOMethod 0
RenderDevice.VSyncEnable 0
RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 1
