FPS Drops? (PC)

Same problem here. It will run at about 60-80 fps but frequentely drop to around 20-40 causing major stuttering. It's unplayable for me :'(
CPU: FX-6350
GPU: 7870 le edition
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz
OS: Windows 7 64bit
I have tried running my pc in high performance mode and disabling core parking.
I've also tried running a bf4 settings editor and disabling all of the DirectX 11 features which says it boosts FPS.
Still no change!
Same problem for me, runs at 60 fps (low settings) smoothly then drops to 30-20 fps all of a sudden...even in the test range. This got worst with the new patch, i tried everything, i even formatted the pc and made a clean windows 8.1 pro instalation, reinstalled everything including gpu drivers, directx and bf4, and im still getting fps drops in various servers and game situations...its extremely frustrating knowing it used to work better when i bought the game, but now...im beggining regreting my purhcase...and i got the premium edition, pretty big investment and EA is not delivering it...
I tried all the solutions that i could possibly find on the web but nothing seems to work...does anyone have a real fix??????? and EA, do you care for your costumers????
