FPS Drops? (PC)

unplayable..... tryed new win, latest drivers, .cfg optimisation, you name it ive tryed it... i so crazy that i am thinking about installing win8
im thinking about installing winsows 8 too because of that..
because i already tried everything like you.. but didnt make any diff..
