FPS Drops? (PC)

Sounds like the issues I had when the game was leaking memory and usage reached 95+%. To work around this I had to run the game in Win 8 compatability mode (I'm using Win 8.1). Others have reported Win 7 compat works for them.
To confirm it's the memory leak atl-tab out when the game starts dropping in performance and use cntrl+shift+esc to open task manager to look at your current memory usage.

Game Lags as **bleep** on any Settings, not playable at all! ~5-15FPS
