I've got the same issue as well. I've updated the necessary drivers and the game still experiences low framerate issues, not to mention the long load times. I've scouted the internet for solutions only to find many with the same problem. I should be able to play BF4 smoothly with AT LEAST low settings. I've essentially bought a broken game. It's been about a week since it's release and there still isn't a solution to this issue..
