Frame rate drops in 64 players game matches "PS4"

Only in 64 players all the time. When I turn the camera or the first person view, outside the map, and moving the camera, it runs very smooth, no frame rate or slow stuttering, but when I look back instead, where all the actions happens, in a conquest large map, the frame will stuttering. But when I play in small conquest, it runs very smooth all the time, regardless actions when buldings exploades, helicopters, tanks and soldiers firing, no stuttering or frame rate at all.
