Free Handgun shortcut pack.

So i tried to get the handgun shortcut pack , BEFORE the cut off date. It would not activate. i contacted EA live support and those morons have no idea what they are doing. they did not understand what i was telling them, they didnt know what i was looking for, then told me to wait a while to get the pack, which was useless cause the next day the promotion ended. So i never got the pack, even though i activated it through battlelog 3 times, still no guns. EA, your online support chat is the most terrible thing in the world. The agents do not even speak a little english, they were obviously using a translation program that didnt work.
