Frustration Getting "A Conflict" Dog Tag

Sorry to hear that the dog tag is driving you nuts. Probably the best way to get this one would be to be on a server where everyone collaborates to get it, being with friends and doing it together with them or indeed having ones own server to do it in.

If you do decide to rent your own server for this purpose, I do believe you can nowadays set a password on to it as an administrator. I am also rather sure that you can also give admin rights to others, and you can kick/ban players as an admin.

On a serious note though, I shall perhaps rent a server and see if it does give me privileges to password it etc.  If it does then all's good I suppose.  I'll report back 🙂

a password protected server (private) doesnt work, it has to be a regular ranked server to make the EE work!

If you change that, you´ll get the dogtag.

Every time someone enters your server = kick him.

The dog tag can be quite tricky, that said consider joining the Battlefield Easter Eggs community on Discord. They have people there who can help with the dog tag including providing servers you can likely use, along with kicking people who disrupt the easter egg progress and so on.

That said should you buy your own server you can't set it to private as currently that disabled the easter egg, though this will likely change in an upcoming update according to Jjju_. You can ban / kick people when they join though, that's currently a feature of RSPs.

Haha, I tried removing the password before coming back to this thread and yes, the password disables it.

I've completed the task, got the smoke pop but no dog tag?  I'm I right in thinking the server has to reset before the dog tag will pop?

Personally I find the easter egg really too complicated, there is not really fun to do them.

Oh hamburgers, password disables it ? Sorry, I genuinely didn't know that. It does work like that on other BF's now that I do think of it..

And I do believe the server needs to reset before you get the dog tag.

yea the battlefield easter egg discord are good bro's i had a dice friend and one of the bro from the eedc help me took about 20 mins for the dogtag it's a good one it can get ruff sometime's best thing to do is claim down get ya witt's about ya and move on this is all thing's that make a great soldier in battlefield 1 trust me i know i used to be the same way then i made some really cool friends with the dice friend community and stuff and played with the dev team members i,m sure you will get it it can take a few for the dogtag to popup mine did it took about 5 mins to kick in and if it don't do it again 🙂 good luck soldier
