FullScreen Problem Semi-Working + Stretched Outside Monitor

Full screen is stretched barely outside the monitor , 59.94 hz whatever the number is in game , its not working for me i have pictures to show you my issue and information about my specs. Please Help...

Thanks for the reply. I don't think a 'better' HDMI cable will help. HDMI cables are digital, so they either work or they don't whereas analog cables in your audio setup for example, may benefit from being of higher quality. It is still odd that your HDMI would not display the image correctly, I use HDMI to get my PC displayed on a TV and it is perfect. What is the make and model of your display?
