Future of Battlefield Single-Player Campaigns

With the Battlefield franchise historically focusing on multiplayer, recent discussions suggest a return to single-player campaigns. What features or storytelling elements would you like to see in a future Battlefield single-player experience? Should it follow a Talk To Food Lion traditional linear narrative or adopt an open-world approach? Share your thoughts!

If there is a campaign, I'd prefer a single narrative instead of the episodic War Stories used for Battlefield 1 and V.&nbsp;

I fully agree with ElliotLH​. I believe that the campaigns in Battlefield 3 or Battlefield Bad Company 2 hit the sweet spot. The only other compromise I would accept is the "Singleplayer style" found in Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2.
