Game Breaking Bug Valkyrie

So I can't leave the Valkyrie when I'm supposed to go over to the Titan. Everyone gets in the boat. It drops us in the water... and then I just slowly spin in a circle in place without moving. I can hear the engine noise. Check. Reloaded from Checkpoint. Same problem. I restarted mission. Same problem. Restarted computer. Same thing. Anyone have an answer or work around?
