Game crashes on startup

after i press the play button nothing happens, game's screen appears for 2 or 3 seconds and automatically shut downs, what should i do to fix it

    First of all see if you´re Driver is properly installed.

    Run Origin as Administrator:
    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin and right click on Origin.exe and go to Properties. Then go to Compatibility tab and check the box next to Run as Admin.

    I would also highly recommend you to try doing a Clean Boot:

    Are you running the latest driver version for your GPU? If not, install it:
    For nVidia graphics cards: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
    For AMD graphics cards: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

    If you already have the latest driver version for your GPU installed, unistall the driver and re-install it.

    Try reparing the game from Origin and if that doesnt work, unistall and re-install it.
