Try these two troubleshooting steps on your Xbox One:
- Clear your Persistent Storage: Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear it out twice
- Clear your Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & Restart
If those steps do not help, try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by holding the power button down until the power brick's light turns to orange.
I have tried all of those and nothing has changed.
Is the game on a disc or is it digitally downloaded?
