im unable to join any servers that have people in them. when i try to join one it claims to be joining and goes to connecting but then the bar at the bottom of battlelog turns red and says "Error game disconnected: client closed down connection." and if i click on the bf4 logo on the task bar it opens up to a black screen with a white bar in the top right corner moving up and down (i would assume its a loading bar type thing) but that closes itself when the error comes up on battlelog. i cant figure out what the issue is because i am able to join empty servers and people can join n itll still work. but i am able to play the SP campaign with no problems.

Just to confirm, it's the PC version?
Please try repairing the installation through Origin.
I'd also recommend removing and re-installing the Battlelog Plugin, to make sure that this isn't part of the issue.

In server browser, every server is empty on the Xbox version.
IF you can connect without freezing.

yes it is happening on the PC versoion.
I've tried doing both of those and neither has had any affect
also i saw another thread that said to windows search for reliability history. i did that and i found that on there is say bf4 has stopped working, when i click on that it says this

Please make sure that C++ is updated on your PC. You can do this through Windows Update, but you may also need to download the files here.
This is generally the cause of the 'MSVCR110.dll' issues, but it can also be caused by drivers so make sure you are using the latest available for your card.

also idk if it matters but bf3 still connects perfectly fine
kinda talking to myself. but i found 1 server from colombia i could join, there were 8 people in it and the game loaded fine but wont for any other server with people in it
