Game disconnected: client closed down connection. DURING GAME.

I was having the issue that I would drop from games after sometimes 5 mins, sometimes 15-20... with the 'Game disconnected: client closed down connection' - once I got back to battlelog.

I tried a bunch of stuff here, no good, then somehow stumbled across this youtube clip of a guy using a 'smart port forwarding' program during the beta, please watch it, I just finished my 5th game in a row, where previously i was lucky to finish 1.
