Game freezes at the load screen during the Bonnie Tyler intro

Hello there!  Where to begin.  System specs.  MOBO: ASUS Z77 Pro Thunderbolt; CPU: Intel 3770K:COOLER: EK water loop: RAM: GSkill Ripjaw Z 16gb @ 1600: GPU: 2 X EVGA GTX 670 FTW SLI: SSD: Intel 520 cherryville: HDD: 2 X 600gb VelociRaptor: PSU: Corsair HX 1000CASE: O.S: WINDOWS 7 64 BIT.

Firestrike Benchmark score: 10109 (94% better than comparable rigs)

Windows Experience score 7.8

Bought Battlefield 3, three times…have only played it once.  Why…hung drivers, bad kernels, drivers not responding.  Has EA been any help….NOPE. 

So I buy BF4, I am optimistic, trying very hard to back this company.  I load, I wait and what do you think happens…that “calling a fax number sound” from the load screen, right in the middle of the Bonnie Tyler intro.  What have I tried, all the available fixes online, re install, lowest settings, you know all the stuff. 

Can you help?  Or have I lost my money yet again?  Oh I have sent data reports and they all come up clean, and I have the latest drivers

PLEASE HELP!!!
