@NoLifeFatso thanks for your report. Could you please tell us if that issue happens on specific game-modes or maps aka if there is any difference if you play on a smaller mapmode or on a server with less or more players?

I have the same problem and i am really sick of it. Who do i turn to if i want to get my money back? I didn't buy a game that freezes(almost) everytime I play it. I am really unhappy and all the suggested "solutions" wont work. Come up with something that works instead. (Not re-installing the game, clear cache, hard reset etc etc.)

I had the same exact problem. I finally got fed up and called microsoft and they refunded my money. They were very nice,best customer service ive ever experienced.
This has been happening since 2.0 update, and thats when it started, i posted this a week ago, and many other players are having this problem. Where are you at with solving this issue. The game is almost unplayable. Look into your update, because this was not an issue until that update. I am tired of joining lobbys only to freeze, if i am luck i can get into 1 match in a hour or 2 of trying that wont freeze. It is not a network a users network issue either, it is happening to a lot of us.
Hey bro, iv been having the same occurring problem. Have you found a solution for it yet?
I had the same problem but is now fixed. All i did was Hard reset my xbox one while on the dashboard. you do this by holding your finger on the power button and wait for it to turn of. then wait for about 15 second and turn it back on. This should fix the problem, it fixed mine.
