Game Glitched - URGENT (Xbox 360) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!

I just bought Battlfield 4 for the Xbox 360 in the U.S.A. and brought it back to Canada,

I loaded disk 1 onto my disk drive and launched the game.  It started and then said "press start" so I did and showed the little autosave icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then it asked me to do the "visual adjustments" so the game fit on my screen.  When I was done I clicked A beacause it said "click A to advance" then a new backround appeared, it was a city with rain and then the autosave icon came up a second time.  I thought it would autosave quickly and I could move on to play the game, but no it never stopped autosaving and I couldn't proceed.

By the way I still have 201 GB on my Xbox 360 hard drive so that couldn't be the problem.

Someone PLEASE help!

    Problem is not resolved do you have any ideas or suggestions.

    -could someone give me dice's north american toll free number.

    Can you please check if the game already installed a gamefile on your console?
    At first, we will go through some basic Xbox workarounds:

    To get sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

    1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2. Select System Settings.
    3. Select Storage.
    4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
    5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
    6. Reboot your console.

    Redownload the updates for the game. NOTE: Not all games have a Title Update File.

    1. From the Dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2. Select System Settings.
    3. Select Storage.
    4. Select Hard Drive Device by pressing A.
    5. Select Games and Apps.
    6. Select Game Title.
    7. Delete Title Update File.
    8. Restart Game.
    9. Download the update when prompted.

    It didn't help it still autosaves forever

    - the same thing happens for my downloaded battlefield 1943 trial edition could these two problems be related?

    Have you tried clearing the cache on your Xbox 360? It usually helps a lot of problems when cleared.
