Indeed this is a very wierd problem. Not sure whats causing it. Make sure your game is up to date, to be sure that you have all the latest updates. If you have the latest update try deleting the hard drive cache, just an idea.
Steps to delete the Xbox One Hard Drive Cache:
1. Power down your console
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes
4. Plug the power cable into the back of the console
5.Wait for the power brick to go from a white light to an orange light
6. Turn the power on.
Note: This will perform a hard reset which will delete the cache.
Also when did this start happening (e.g after a patch/update etc) If it started after an update it could be a problem with that particular update. Anyways get back to me.

Hey there again. I don't think it could be the controller that is causing the problem. Anyways, what happened when you tried the workaround that I provided you with?

I tried what you suggested and so far I haven't had the issue happen again. However, I still need to wait a while to see if it happens again. It did not happen every play session. I did it last night and played afterwards for about an hour, and again for 2 hours this afternoon, and all seems good. If it does not happen after about a week of play, then it should be fixed. My buddy has the same thing happen as well, though he hasn't experienced the severity that I did in that video. I will suggest the same thing to him and hopefully neither of us will have it happen again. Thanks for the tip.

So, it seemed to have worked for a while, but it must have been a coincidence, because its happening again and following these steps doesnt make any difference. It always seems to happen after I've been playing for a few rounds, and I just have to wait it out. This sucks.
