Game I own is marked as Trial

A while ago(2021) i got Battlefield 1 from Amazon prime gaming, used it and redeemed successfully on Origin launcher. Now with the migration from Origin to EA app, i cant install my game due to it b...

    Hi @kparmun You'll need to contact EA Help about this so they can remove the trial status from your account, which isn't something that can be done on the forums as noone here can access your account to make changes.

Thanks, I tried live chat again and this time all I said was:  I need Trial status to be removed from my account for BF1

Instead of explaining my problem, and they fixed it in 2 minutes
