It works with anyother game though.
Actually, last time I checked, Bethesda's games have the same problems with the Optimus hardware, so that refutes your response. If you want to use a laptop, and I cannot STAND those keyboards at all, and choose to cripple yourself by accepting a crippled GPU, it will be up to you to ride close herd on the thing constantly to keep it under control.
Try using DDU to uninstall all graphics drivers and then reinstall them:
