I don't know what is going on here, but this is really beginning to make me wonder.... Where do I get my money back? Almost a week, and the problem is still not resolved. I am feeling like that,"they" got their money, and continue to release new content, give exp boosts while there is a known issue, and continue to know avail, give a reason, or a fix to this problem. Further more, this is the most piss poor customer service, I have ever received from any company, there is NONE!!!!! Try to contact someone about this issue, is like trying to contact the Pope.
If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow morning, I will be finding ways to get my money back, if it comes down to legal actions. I understand there is a clause, game play online my vary, but non existing is not in that clause.
Sorry if it sounds like I am being ugly, I am really not. I just want this issue fixed and resolved, and someone to email me, or even call me, to let me know what is going on here. It has almost been a 7 day week of this issue, and my patience is getting very very thin...
