Game stuck on loading screen on PC

When i try to run multiplayer or campaign the game gets stuck on a black loading screen. It used to work until i updated it on 27th of feb. My computer is perfectly capable of running the game at ultra. I even left the game for a full hour and it still didn't get any further. Please help because i dont want to have to reinstall it, my intenet is so bad it took 50 hours to download.
