Game Time expired before playing

i'am having the same problem here :/

The Origin Game Time Period is for the 7 Days starting from when you start to or when they first started the offer, it does not mean that you get 7 days of your choice.

It says the trial will begin once you start a game.

i didnt even play the game once, i have 0 hours on it, i am level 0 yet it says that i used up my 7 days, and i installed it today

that is not wat it says. 

this was on my email receipt

"This receipt is for the Origin Game Time version of Battlefield 4™. Battlefield 4™ (Origin Game Time) 3 days of free play begins the first time Battlefield 4™ (Origin Game Time) is launched from Origin, after it is fully installed to your PC."
