Game Won't Install from Disk (PC)

Got a physical copy of the game too, put the cd in the drive and was ready to rock and roll but to my surprise, there was no autorun. Had to find the file on the disk and run it myself. Then, after using all 3 cds to install the game, I got all excited to play but, when i clicked on a friends game to join, battlelog informed me that I needed to install the game... Looked at my origin and when I hover over the bf4 icon it tells me the same thing, that I need to install the game. Tried installing a second time and its the same **bleep**.
How do these people get off on charging their customers 60+ bucks for a broken game? It's just unbelievable.
Did you redeem the code that was included in the hardcopy? It won't be credited to your Origin unless you've done that
At which point it starts downloading, entirely defeating ANY purpose of a disc based product. The disk have data, they have install info, but its all worthless, because you are forced to redundantly download the entire game when it should be ON THE DISC!
You're not forced to, you can stop it if you want. The problem here is that something is stopping the installers from continuing, and that's what I want them to address
