Game Won't Install from Disk (PC)

I put disc 1 in click autorun then click continue on the install screen and nothing happens. I cannot install BF4 from disc.
EA is complete BS. the person on the chat told me I must have physically broke my game disk. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Heya there,
One of the basic troubleshooting steps that could help in this case would be a clean boot. It allows you to boot your computer without having programs in the background that may be interferiung. You can find more info about it here: https://help.ea.com/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc
On top of that you also want to make sure that your Antivirus & Firewall programs are not blocking in the installation.

Still nothing EANils. This did not fix anything for me. Game still won't install from disc.
install it over the internet. It is obvious EA is screwing us ove as usual. Look at what I posted on Facebook about all I have been through so far:
I have never purchased 1 game from EA that I have never had a problem with installing. BF4 hard copy comes with 4 installation disks with about 7GB on each disk. When I place them into my PC, nothing happens. I was forced to do a digital download which is insane on my connection. I contacted EA and one women said it was possible and that I should cancel my download that had so far took 2 of 12 estimated hours. Guess what? It didn't work. When I told her it didn't work her response was "You broke your game disk." I ensured her that I had not done that but she insisted. I called EA support and they said the game could only be installed from Origin and that all the information stored on all three disks was worthless or probably for map packs. Riiiigghhht, like I just have all the map packs right here in my hand on day one. She said to resume the download back at 0%. I contacted EA through twitter and said that I in fact could install the game through the disks. I cannot believe the amount of hurdles your have to jump through. People waited in lines at 12pm to play this game and nothing is working.
